If you purchased your pass directly from Seven Peaks, you can request a refund for an un-redeemed pass* from one of our fun centers or water parks by submitting a support ticket with information of purchase and order number.
If you purchased from a third-party vendor (i.e. Groupon, Living Social, CityDeals, etc.), then you can request a refund from that vendor.** Keep in mind that each vendors have different requirements and limitations in regards to refund.
*An un-redeemed pass means that the voucher code has not been entered into our system (via Guest Portal or at one of our locations) in exchange for a Pass of all Passes.
**Seven Peaks is not able to complete a refund for a third-party vendor. It must be completed through whom the purchase was done from.
